Black Himalayan Senior Doe | 'BITF Icon' |
Watmuff's New Era x J&K's Diva | DOB: June 24, 2007Icon has been really cleaning up the Himalayan variety! She has so far been undefeated in her limited show career. She has deep Black points, a nice short body with a really slick dense coat of fur. Her friendliness is also a plus! :|:

Black Himalayan Senior Doe | 'Backyard Friend's 107BF' |
Burkert's H9 x King's Hannah | DOB: April 26, 2006I liked 107 from the first time Cathy let me look at her at the West Branch, PA show in Fall 2006 while she was still a Junior. She has only continued to develop into the really nice animal that you see in the photo above. She has had a healthy show career, taking home a BOSB leg at the NePA show in May 2007 under jusge Bonnie Burdick. 107 has excellent type and fur, and very nice development of point color as well. I have retained two nice Black does from her sired by Pennywise to use for further Blue Himi breeding. :|:

Black Himalayan Senior Buck | 'Maddie's The New Boy |
Watmuff's New Era x Maddie's Sweetheart | DOB: March 30, 2004New Boy is a REW carrier, but his Himi kits look nice. He has sired a litter of Sable and Himi for Kelly, and they are coming along nicely! New Boy has excellent density and texture of coat, along with very good body type and condition for an older buck. His sire below also has really held together considering his years. :|:

Black Himalayan Senior Buck | 'Watmuff's New Era' |
King's Revenge x Watmuff's Hope | DOB: May 29, 2002New Era certainly has his 'color thing' down..AND, he has been producing it for years! A great many nice Himi pedigrees from near and far have this influential buck in their lineage. Maybe it is because of his great type and coat, or prehaps it is his striking coloration that has really helped improve the Himi variety. Either way, we have several babies by him on the ground right now and they are looking STRIKING as well! :|:

Black Himalayan Senior Doe | 'Backyard Friend's 104BF' |
Backyard Friend's Bullet x Roger's Holli | DOB: April 2, 2006104 is a well proportioned doe that has already given us a litter of three bucks. All of them showed nice promise, and one was retained for further use. 104 is a dilute carrier, and she will help with the development of the Blue Himalayans here. :|:

|
Black Himalayan Senior Doe | 'J&K's Diva' |
J&K's PJ x J&K's Wichita | DOB: Januaury 15, 2005Although Diva has a flashy name, she is mainly a brood doe. She has produced me one litter, and a junior doe named Icon will carry her line through. Icon's first show will be at NY's Grand Finals 2007, hopefully the competition will be good! :|:

|
Black Himalayan Senior Doe | 'Minnow Lake's Glow' |
Minnow Lake's Comet x Adam's Shylow | DOB: October 21, 2006Glow has generally good type, with excelent depth oof body, but lacks a little in the width and depth of shoulder, and fullness in the muscles of the low HQ. She has excellent fur with good density and very good texture, not to mention very nice point development! She has matured on the larger side (over showable weight), and her show career has been less than desireable, so she is retired to the brood barn in hopes of out producing herself. :|:

Black Himalayan Mini Rex Buck | 'Kelly's Icebox' |
Icebox Dozer x BYF Suzzie | DOB: January 8, 2005Icebox was owned and bred by Kelly garrity, but when she decided to let go of a variety, I decided to take on her Himi Herd. At this point I only have 3 bucks, and 2 does - Both does are not correct, as one is a Himi Agouti, and the other is a Broken Himi. However, they will be able to produce correctly marked offspring, and combined with Icebox and the other bucks, I have the beginnings of a nice Himi Line. Icebox has great density of coat, along with a HUGE head. He also carries white, which prevents him from showing full color devemopment on his points, but either way, his pleasant type and disposition make him a very special rabbbit. :|:

Black Himalayan Mini Rex Buck | 'Kelly's Blurred Vision' |
Backyard Friend's Squintz x Burkert's Wichita | DOB: May 10, 2005Here is another Himi bred by Kelly, and also a slightly large buck, but he has a really nice show record, including a 2nd place SRB at the Indianapolis Convention in 2005. Blurry has a really nice coat of fur on him, as well as good balance and excellent coloration on his points. He is also carrying a white gene, but is has not affected his color development thus far. We will be testing his to see if he carries dilute, and prehaps he will sire some nice Blue Himi's for me! :|:

|
Blue Himalayan Senior buck | 'Kelly's Misto' |
Kelly's Icebox x 3R's Blueberry Latte X | DOB: Jan. 10, 2006When Kelly decided to sell out of her Himi Mini Rex, I decided to take them over. The genetics for both Black AND Blue Himalayan are there, so I can have some fun with increasing point size and color depth on yet another dilute variety. They also work well with Blues, so there is room for additional outcrossing! Misto has pretty nice color for a Blue himi, as well as good type and a really nice coat of fur. He could stand to be a little shorter in coat with a titch more density, but he has a good starting point. :|:
